Orders for Republic Of Ireland
Currently we must ask that all orders for the Rep Of Ireland are placed by phone.
You will still be able to see pricing etc but the website will not allow you to process an order.
Why do we need to ask this?
Due to the current situation with Royal mail International Tracked items not being delivered we have had no option but to suspend this service until we have an update from Royal Mail, Customs and AN Post, advising that the service is working reliably.
We will continue offering our courier delivery option, but there will be a disbursement fee payable by you the receiver before delivery of your order.
Please understand we are trying to safeguard you and ourselves against problems that have arisen over the past few weeks.
Courier Delivery Information
All items sent via courier are fully tracked and a tracking number will be sent to you when the courier has collected your order.
If you have provided us with your email address you will also receive notifications as to the status of your delivery.
Shipping charges include delivery via courier and all packaging; we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives correct, safe and on time. We operate a “non profit policy” on our packing and courier delivery service.
Customs, taxes and fees for Republic of Ireland – IMPORTANT
In addition to our normal courier shipping cost, orders for Republic of Ireland will be subject to Customs, Taxes and courier Disbursement fees.
This courier disbursement fee will be approximately 14.5 Euros.
Your order will have no VAT applied by us and this will be payable prior to delivery along with any applicable duties and courier disbursement fee.
As the customer it is your responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods. These charges are not the responsibility of Adam and Eve Distribution.
If you refuse to pay the charges levied by customs and excise, or the delivery is unsuccessful, and the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for the return shipment fees and these will be deducted from any refund due.
Apologies if the wording seems a little matter of fact but we have tried to explain the situation to the best of our ability.
